We are only four days from the start of the new Premier League season, but there is still plenty of time to attract players with the summer transfer window open by October 5th.
Yesterday was a busy day for Sheffield United in particular as they announced the final signings of Jayden Bogle and Max Lowe of Derby County, while Ethan Ampadu signed up to them for a loan joined by Chelsea.
Meanwhile, Newcastle United confirmed the arrival of Callum Wilson and Ryan Fraser, the latter arriving on a free transfer. Everton has also completed the much anticipated signing of James Rodriguez from Spanish champions Real Madrid.

Top Transfer Rumors:
Crystal Palace have entered talks with Chelsea to put Michy Batshuayi on loan for the second time. The Belgian striker already impressed the club during a six-month stint in 2019 in which he scored five goals from eleven league games. The Blues plan to extend his contract (until June 2021) for another 12 months before considering his loan exit ( Sky Sports ).
Liverpool is open to the sale of club graduate Rhian Brewster out of the interest of Aston Villa, Brighton & Hove Albion, Newcastle United and Sheffield United. However, they can include the option of a buyback clause as he still has the potential to become a top notch player ( Sky Sports ).
Aston Villa has made a second bid for Arsenal goalkeeper Emiliano Martinez. The Villans 'offer is essentially close to the Gunners' £ 20million price, but the giants of north London have yet to respond to the proposal. They want to sign a replacement first and have identified Brentford's David Raya as the main target. The championship team, however, firmly believes that it is not for sale ( The Athletic ).
Everton is about to land their third major signing of the transfer window. The Merseyside team has already drawn on the services of Allan and James Rodriguez and it is believed that an agreement has been reached on the transfer of Watford midfielder Abdoulaye Doucoure ( Fabrizio Romano ).
Earlier last month, Arsenal Center- back Rob Holding wanted to loan Newcastle United for a season. This no longer seems to be the case as manager Mikel Arteta is considering keeping him. The club added Gabriel Magalhaes and William Saliba to the roster this summer, but Arteta was impressed by Holding's recent exhibitions ( The Daily Mail )
